In addition to their Freestone land, the Clearys have two other nearby sites in various stages of vineyard development. The first is a 3.7 acre parcel that has been in Sue's family since the 1950s. Starting in '98, 2.2 acres of that property have been developed as Pinot Noir vineyards using 4' by 4' spacing and Dijon clones 114, 115, 667, and 777. The property is located on Dupont Road off the Harrison Grade in the Green Valley sub-appellation of the Russian River , another ideal area for Pinot Noir growth. The fruit from this vineyard is currently being sold to premium boutique producers in the Russian River appellation.

The second piece of land, which was acquired by the Clearys in 2003, is fairly close to their existing Dupont Road property. Of a total 14 acres, five acres have been developed into vineyards characterized by sloping dimensions and fine, sandy Goldridge loam soils. These conditions are ideal for the five clones of Pinot Noir which comprise most of the vineyard, as well as small parcels of Chardonnay, Syrah and Zinfandel which have also been planted on the property.
